Job Description

Our client, a consulting law firm that provides legal services to clients from the United States and other foreign countries in Peru, is looking for a driven detail-oriented CONTENT CREATOR who will be executing a content strategy that engages and educates the audience, driving new clients. The CONTENT CREATOR will generate new content, update existing material and identify new ways to reach customers.

The ideal candidate must be a creative idea generator and hands-on content creator with excellent copywriting and written communication skills (in English). You should focus on appealing to consumers’ interests by creating engaging material across a wide variety of formats and channels. Experience creating additional forms of media and a solid understanding of SEO and social media best practices is highly advantageous.


  • Writing, reviewing, editing and updating content for company websites, social media, blogs, marketing materials and other platforms.
  • Using social media to engage customers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
  • Conducting research and staying updated on relevant topics to fuel your content outputs.
  • Engaging with industry thought leaders, company’s employees, and clients to uncover stories, source quotes and ideas and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
  • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience preferably working for marketing agencies or start-ups.
  • Experience creating strong, engaging content.
  • A portfolio of applicable outputs.
  • Creative storyteller with strong written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Able to create concise and to the point messages simplifying complex topics.
  • Organized, able to create and adhere to a schedule and deliver quality at a steady pace.
  • An understanding of SEO best practices and marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience with social media marketing and community development.
  • Fully proficient in English with superior written and oral communication skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
